Cav’s is “Steakhouse Heaven” for Father’s Day Lunch 2019
GOLD COAST social media and marketing consultant John Wright reckons he’s just had the best Father’s Day of his life.
Around 11 am on Father’s Day, 2019 his three daughters, Emma, Tia and Kharisma told him “Get some long pants on, Dad – we’re kidnapping you!”
It only took a few minutes from their home in Coombabah near Harbour Town to an old Gold Coast favourite, Cav’s Steakhouse in Labrador.
John had been to Cav’s in the past, and as his daughter Tia parked the car, his mouth was already watering.
None of his daughters had ever been to Cav’s in the past, so John told them, “You’re about to experience Steakhouse Heaven, girls… get ready for the lunch of your life!

It was indeed a 5 star experience for the four of them: Great service, exquisite steaks cooked not only to perfection, but exactly the way each of them wanted their steak to be.
“Without doubt, the best Father’s Day lunch I’ve ever had in over 30 years of being a Dad!” was John’s summary of their experience at Cav’s.

“Five persons attended and what a great night was had by all. Meals and drinks were reasonably priced. Orders taken at table, usually order from display areas prior to ordering.
“Staff very helpful and friendly. Had fish of the day. Cooked perfectly and very well presented. The snapper was caught that day and grilled perfectly. Comes highly recommended.
“All up including drinks (spirits, liquors etc, entree mains, no desserts couldn’t eat any) just on $200.00.
“Suitable for wheelchair access. In Labrador. Been before and will go again. Specialty is steaks, great selection, you choose the cut and the way you want it cooked.”
