Queensland Power Provider Deal Could Slash Your Bills

MANY QUEENSLAND customers will recognise the logo, but now QEnergy is venturing into the residential market and offering households a deal that could slash hundreds of dollars from their power bills.
The provider’s been in the business of servicing small businesses for years, but now they’re dishing out exclusive deals for Queensland energy users.
“In Queensland in particular we know the very market well,” QEnergy’s Scott Henderson told 9NEWS.
“It’s a very good proposition for someone who wants to have the security of knowing what their budget is from an electricity point of view.”
The provider’s one of the only retailers right now offering a fixed price on power bills.
The basic deal for households will cost $2143 (or $530 per quarter) and while that’s not the cheapest on paper, it might be the most affordable in the long run.
“So what that offers the customer is the security of having the same energy prices for two years,” Mr Henderson.
